Too bad it dosen't fit the newer 2009 Ranger. My 2009 with the 4 banger, auto tranny could use all the extra help with additional down force to curb the awesome power laid down by it's mighty 2.3 engine.

I’ve done a lot of custom fiberglass work over the years... we can make it fit. I can’t guarantee it will look good because, look at it.

btw, it says it's for first generation Rangers. I don't think my 98 is a first generation. What is a 98, second generation? Same roof?

Guessing that roof was designed/introduced in 1986 to coincide with the introduction of the 2.9...for exactly the reason you state.
