....he had the other axles already on the jeep chassis project....the other t cases are 60-100 bux and a 80 dollar spacer away most yards still...the awd t case with big tires is a fail right off the bat....especially with that stock power 302 in there, it is almost as bad as my 6.2. almost...
but he did get some epic deals on the sd axles and real fair price on the 42's with patient and careful shopping. possibly even came out ahead cost wise.. .
i couldnt live with low range only...i dont have the rpm range to do that with a diesel....bad thing about diesels. thats one place the 302 can go...with the right parts they do pretty good if you stay under 53-5500 pounds...
