My '98 Ranger (91,000 miles) needs a new serpentine belt as part of its pre-winter maintenance -- should I replace anything else along with it? I notice that RockAuto has listings for belt tensioner, tensioner pulley, and idler pulley -- should all three be replaced along with the belt?

it couldnt hurt to replace the pulleys and tensioners, but if they are in good shape they will be fine until you replace the serpintine belt again, its up to you:icon_cheers:
