Thats awesome! Is it going to have a Ranger body in it lol?
Of course. A '97 cab, front fenders, grille, etc. I'm not sure if I want to bob a standard cab bed or flatbed it. We'll see if I can find a decent bed for a decent price...

Looking forward to some progress. Those towers are $$$$, have you looked at ruff stuffs towers? They look extremely similar and way cheaper

They are similar, yes, but not as tall. The 4WU ones are 18" tall. RuffStuff ones are only 12" tall. I want to try and keep this thing as low as possible with 14" C/O and 37s. Who knows though. Things are in the planning stage right now. I might get the cab on and the suspension in and see that I only need 12".

You know my opinion, but then again I'm ridiculous.

Its not going to be a bad thing if you do, but in your case as of right now, its not needed.

I haven't posted in a hot minute. I just caught up on the last 40 pages of your build thread and realized I didn't find what I was looking for! Have you done anything with your radius arms yet? I just welded mine up last night and wanted to compare.

How will you be running your radius arm brackets?

Radius arms held up great!! Radius arm brackets are just bolted through the frame. Truck is down for the count though. I'm building a new one. New frame, SAS'd, rebuilt drivetrain, etc, etc. with a '97 cab.

Sorry, I wasn't clear ;) I meant on the SAS project! What were your plans for the RAs there?

2" x 0.25" wall DOM tubing welding into the OEM ford radius arms. I probably won't go any longer than 35" long (plenty long enough for 14" C/Os). The radius arm mounts will be frenched into the frame and pushed in around 2".
