I've never posted a vid... but you will have to put it on YouTube and share a link.

Glad you got it out to stretch its legs... really happy to see that.

Nope, got at least two D-28s in 4.10 laying around here and I’d much rather lay my hands on a D-35 in 4.10 than use a D-28 again. Starting to think even a D-35 is too weak too. Snapping axle shafts on 35’s gets old quick.
Want to come off a 4.10 one? 😁

Sure, I don’t recommend the D-28, but if it’s what you really want… I have the complete D-28 with some crappy extended arms (they are solid but used rod ends at the frame mounts and they were angled wrong, I was going to try heating and re-bending but never got that far) and it has a lock-right in it. Was debating on keeping the lock right for my 88, but I haven’t fully committed.

Not sure offhand anymore, but there might be a 4.10 center chunk in my shed or something as well (I’d have to go on a hunt) and my 89 parts Ranger has a 4.10 D-28. Shipping any of it would probably suck though.

I would just be interested in the D28 hog head with 4.10's I know they're weak etc but I'm only running 31's, I can get 7.5 4.10's pretty cheap so figured run it till front breaks or I find a 35 to swap in. But I am interested and can send you a UPS label so not too worried about shipping. Just need demensions and weight. And what you'd want for it...

Have to wait till next week before I can get to it at the earliest, so as long as you’re not in a hurry we can figure it out.

If I forget, which I’ve been known to do, just remind me, lol. I got a lot on my plate right now and I’m trying to do what I can with it.

So today was roof rack day. Bought the supplies during the week and knocked it out in about 4 hours. Pretty happy with how it turned out.

Thanks but not a whole lot of skill there. Some measurements and a portoband and about 3 hours. Painting was more time consuming.. But I am happy how it turned out!
