ya my leaf sas i had to offset my hangers and shackle mounts to work. Are you doing shackle forward or in back? I hope back.
There is no way that I am going to be able to have it low enough with a rear shackle, so front it is. I am also trying to keep it simple

what about the slider boxes instead of a shackle? it would be just over an inch taller then a front shackle set-up if anything.

Ya shackle forward "works" but you need a panhard bar to keep it tracking straight.
What springs are you going to use?

Cut out frame plates for the crumple zone, and cut down the front crossmember to the right width.

Explorer rears might be a lil bit long. I tried them and they stuck out in front of my ranger about 8-10". Maybe look into chevy 54's or waggys as a thought

I need to patch these holes (4 of them)\

SO I used one of these

to cut holes in these

then used a grinder to make these

to fill the holes, these should be welded in wednesday
I also scraped up part of the weird floor covering and started painting the floor. I am doing one side at a time.
