There are no holes in the frame. This is pretty typical for Wisconsin. It’s great for weekend forest access trails and dump errands. I bought it 6 years ago with 85k miles. Changed out all the fluids and gave it a tune up. Replaced the break lines last year. Now sits at exactly 87.459 miles living in the garage. She’s not perfect but I’m not expecting crazy inflated prices for it. I figured someone here would appreciate the truck more rather than some guy off marketplace.

Damn man that’s a shame about the rust… I would absolutely take it for a parts truck. I actually happen to have a 2002 ranger fx4 level 2 with a perfect body and a blown 4.0.
Been casually looking for a donor truck for a little bit. My truck is in a climate controlled garage just waiting for the right engine.

damn shame about the rust. one of the worse places is inside the frame at the front spring hanger where the front & rear sections are spliced together.
no way to see it until it's too late.

I'd have people breaking down my door for 5k locally. I could drive this to a local dealership and probably get 3k no questions asked. Unfortunately it just a parts truck here. This will most likely have to be a local sale to make sense for both parties.

Tho I can appreciate that he posted mainly the bad stuff, that most people try to hide.

So.. I took it my FX4 to a mechanic to see what the engine light was about before I list it locally (needed a new Mass Air Flow Sensor). Someone side swiped me parked in the lot overnight and it's most likely getting totaled, shop quoted 6k. Anyhow, were looking at a parts truck/salvage tile for those interested.
