I'm Patrick, and my son is Cam. He has a 1984 Ranger S 2WD pickup, with 2.8L, auto, PS and heater. That's it. Cheap driver with less than 90K miles on it. Hopefully, we'll be able to get a few hints on keeping this beast running right. It has a tendency to just die at inconvenient moments!

There's tons of info here and just ask if you can't find something. These older Rangers are pretty simple and straight forward, which is why I love mine. I've only had to do a basic tune up and the regular maintenance on my 95 with 200k miles approaching.
