2.3L ('83-'97) wrong ecu?


???. MAP means MANIFOLD absolute pressure sensor. That would be strange for it to measure atmospheric pressure.
Yeah but they used the same sensor for it... my original '90 MAP sensor is hooked up as a baro sensor for the turbo ECM... apparently some engineer decided they needed a baro reference to do the math...
 
Same setup on a 91 Explorer. Turns out it was dropped by 92. Guessing that's why having the sensor plugged in or not made no difference to my PCM. (It's a 92.)

All of which make me even more curious about that stalling problem I have...
