wont pass emissions

In last 2.5 yrs have replaced all sensors (mainly cause truck new to me). condition is strong fuel smell in exhaust, wont pass emissions test hi hydrocarbons. My question is what are the test values for IAC, and TPS thought i had printed all that off once before but cant find in either file disorganization or here at TRS. Found values for MAF. really need so i can drive legal like, and not burn down expensive cats. Also any thoughts would be helpful, Thanks in advance. 1993 3.0 manual reg cab short 2 wheel drive. Note: did change injectors 6 mos ago from 14 lbers to 19 lbers. no issues with fuel economy, well drivability, just noticeable power gain. (no fuel economy issues) till about three weeks ago strong smell of fuel thru exhaust and down 7 MPG (22 down to 15).

I have the same problem. My truck has the same engine and has all new exhaust and cat. Took it to a shop today for a diagnostic and they said it was a bad idle control valve and tps. Any input would be appreciated.

How does it run?

I'd look at the plugs, check plug wires. If thats OK check coil, and distributor then timing.

my problem i finally diagnosed a dead cylinder. pulled her down and found 1 burnt valve and all exhaust seats were toast. doing rebuild.
