High NO wont pass OHIO e check help!

ok so it wont hurt anything if i pull it out and drive to the e check? is the truck going to run any differently with it not in there?

alright guy, i just got it re echecked with the spout connector removed and it PASSED! that little connector dropped my NO level from 1853 to 317 PPM..its crazy! well thank you everyone who helped me it is greatly appreciated!

Great - I'd still be looking for why it was so high though. If you're running that lean, it ain't gonna be too great for your engine.
