Wiring Harness issues

I'm rebuilding my 98 b4000 4x4 auto, all power options, after an engine compartment fire and I need a new/used body harness (under the hood.) I'm doing a 5.0 swap, but my question is, will the harness from my donor (2001 exploder 5.0 AWD) work or will a harness from a 99 ranger 4.0 4x4 (NO power options) work?
