Who's running a C4 transmission ?????

Alright so my question is ...... I want to use the column shifter on my ranger and I have a c4 transmission. Which linkage do I need on my transmission to do this ? Also will the linkage from a 93 splash work with that linkage ?

not sure that you have found the answer to your post but if your using the C5 auto then you can use your column shifting setup on the C4. C4 turn into the C5 before the aod showed up

Depends on the range of your current shift lever. If you have (P)(R)(N)(D)(d)(3)(2)(1) that means that the shifter is designed for an overdrive transmission, while a C4 is 3 speed only. You may have to leave (1) empty, with (2) counting as first.
