which fuel pump should i get for my 2.9 v6?

the fuel pump is definitely on its way out right now on my ranger and i’ve heard reports that certain after market pumps are not very good, if y’all have done this before which one should i get ? i usually go through rock auto but if i need to go somewhere else that’s fine would really like some recommendations on this.

I tracked down a rare unused Motorcraft pump, as previous (very cheap) pumps were sending bogus dashboard data.
