Swapping engines on '94 ranger. Where is the easiest place to disconnect the fuel line? Where they join the supply manifold seems really hard to get to.
What's the easiest approach?

took another look and its not anywhere as bad as i thought it would be. still, suggestions on alternative locations for disconnection are welcome.

unplugg them right near the fuel rail where they have the fittings. maybe a little tough to get to like youy said, but easier than pulling 10 ft of fuel line through while trying to swap a motor.

My suggestion would be the fuel filter..... the ones at the fuel rail can be a bit tricky... but just my opinion... lol

yeah, what he said... fuel filter is the easiest location, it's only about 3' of fuel lines and isn't hard to deal with both supply and return are right there

Thanks, I ended up disconnecting at the filter. Quick disconnects were not budging by the rail.
