I recently have gone through a couple wheel bearings in my 93 3.0. After about a week or two the bearings kept loosening up. I took it to have a front end alignment when my buddy who did it told me I am missing the spacer and washer for my assembly. Went to my second home the parts store and I gotta order it through ford. Anyone have a spare couple you want to send my way?

Do you mean that you're missing the keyed flat washer that goes in between the outer bearing and the spindle nut, along with the nut retainer?

Check out Rockauto.com and look up this part: Dorman #04991. It has all of the pieces that you're probably needing and it's just over $4 for the kit.

Honestly i dont know what im missing. Everything is the same on both sides. Big spindle nut, spacer with holes, small spindle nut, the axle shaft spacer and the c clip on the end. I havnt had a single problem with my drivers side. Just passenger side...

Sounds like you have everything you need. Are you bearings in good shape?

I figured out Im just missing a spindle nut retainer. Cheap fix compared to $60 wheel bearings.

Thank you for letting us know ;) I like a feeling of completeness!

4x4's don't use those...

Oh. Haha, hell, I just learned something there. I've never had the pleasure of disassembling a 4wd hub.

I don't think my mom will let me dissect hers, either...

I guess everything is in order. Both sides are the same but there is a lil bit larger gap with the little axle movement on the passenger side but same amount of hardware.

On my 4x4, the wheel bearing nut is locked into place only with a little key that slides into the slot on the axle shaft. The key is about 5/8" long by 3/8" wide by 1/8" thick, and it slides freely into the axle slot. It has a ridge that fits into any groove in the nut, to prevent the nut from turning. You can extract it via magnet. Perhaps you forgot to reinstall it?

That locking key is what I'm grabbing with needle-nose pliers in this photo:
