We can agree to disagree. "Cali lift" ends as a result of the suspension components used in desert trucks to allow for a sick amount of travel. Not to look like a freakin stinkbug. What truck have you looked under that had 4 shackles? a revolver setup?
And an S10 is a horrible platform to build off of, IMO. Get another Ranger.
ya i know, but same look... ive seen many samurai's with four shackels.
i want another 1st or second gen ranger but i gotta make do with what i got. a crappy s10, cause i sold my ranger so i could start from the ground up on a truck... s10 build is better then a tweaker ranger build, haha
4 shackles would probably create a very unstable suspension due to the fact that there would be no way to locate the axle. on the front of the spring you have a mount and the rear has a shackle. i think longer shackles lower an s10 anyways. and yes spindle lifts are good as far as lifts go.
This is not S10 Station.
The bolt pattern is still not the same. My friend had two of those piles of garbage. I tried to loan him a spare tire, lug spacing is not the same.

ya well, i had a ranger and im a member here and a had a small question... dosnt mean that you have to point out the obvious![]()
well, i need to find a dumbass to trade for a ranger... or just sell it fo $1,500...
I would have taken the time to return a Ranger to stock and then built it from the ground up before I bought an S-10. If i'm not mistaken, the 2.8 in your S-10 is the same my friend has in his 86 Jeep Cherokee. Never much power, not much fun.
