What have you done for your ranger lately?

Those are 2006+ Ranger emblems. I had custom vinyl letters made that are 3/8" tall & evenly spaced to span 8".

I masked off entire emblem & sprayed recessed line Valspar paint & primer in one Satin Tropical Foliage Green then installed decals & then sprayed entire emblem with Rust-Oleum's Crystal Clear Glossy

Pulled the dist cap and cleaned some buildup off the contacts, also cleaned the rotor tip and top. Fixed the return spring on the passenger seat adjust arm...now the seat slides again! Needs a bath inside...smells a lot like dog, but so do I.

In designing & building stage of a 7ft wide x 9ft long hybrid steel/aluminum flatbed. The perimeter frame will be notched 45% at all four corners to allow a single clearance light eliminating one for side & another for back & front.

It will be a steel frame with diamond plate wrapped perimeter & extruded serrated trailer panel decking.

I plan to have about 2 ft hanger over end of truck frame & at end of truck frame it will be hinged for a future cable operated winch tilt system. There will also be a separate rear apron panel bolted to truck frame that will also be diamond plate aluminum & have all tail/stop , directional , back up lights & license plate attached to it.

I will also have a separate [ channeled head ache rack that will bolt to frame between cab & flatbed.

And the rack will have 3" 304 SS exhaust pipes pass through & bolted to the rack.

Finished project hope's to be done in less then a year as it will all be done in stages & truck is used nearly ever day for my scrap metal hauling business.

Heres pics of Lighting, hinge bearings , & bolt on stake pockets that I will be using.

its not what i did for my ranger its what my ranger does for me...:D

like moving my s**t

Finally put a grill back in her. Now she looks 100x less ghetto. next is a transmission. This one is starting to howl. Then jeep Cherokee axles! :)

Looks like I'm gonna be replacing the transmission in the next week or so.. I changed the filter and ATF the other day and it only made the grinding and popping more pronounced. Now when I put it in drive there is a 50 second delay when I shift into drive

took it in for a brake inspection...... needs everything in the rear and new rotors on the front... was quoted $666.89

What? It's like $250 in parts. Do it yourself.

I concur with that fritz... If your not sure how to do something t.r.s can show you how :)

yeah I just priced the parts... looks like around $225 for the parts.... the $666 that les schwab quoted is not going to happen....trying to get a hold of a friend and see if he wouldnt mind helping me with them...... I did brakes for 12 years

I put $20 in the gas tank and almost filled it up.

Sorry for the bad pictures.
The switch is from my rigids, got plans for some more lights and the switches are going in the console. I followed the guide in the tech articles section, pretty easy and cheap mod and i love it.
