Hmmm, let’s see:
the uhaul car trailer deck is 19” off the ground.
the bottom of the bumper is even with the Caprice wheel center. A 215/70-15 is about 27” in diameter. 1/2 of 27 = 13.5
and the bumper face is 5-6” tall.
So the bumper face would span the width from (19+13.5= )32.5 to 38.5. That’s still pretty much a front end impact on everything but a MG MIDGET or such.
The trailer overhang behind the trailer wheels would also hit the cars front bumper before the caprice bumper hit the car’s windshield.
