What did you do to your 2019 and up Ranger today?

Hit 100k today.

I'm not far behind. 98,700 when I did all the fluid changes and preventative maintenance after the Colorado trip.

Well, last weekend I tore everything out of the bed but the roll out tray. After the Vagabond trip I realized I needed to be more organized and utilize my space better. Ive decided that im just gonna build a flat platform above the drawer. I can use the drawer for permanent tools and recovery gear. It's only 5 inches deep so not much will fit. But I started the rebuild this afternoon. The flat platform will give me more space to load tubs to hold all my camping gear now.

After I finish the platform, I can then build a new fridge slide. Still undecided if im gonna build walls on the bed sides.

You will be surprised on what you can fit in the drawer if you pack it right. Then again, I've spent over three decades learning how to pack 10 pounds of clothing and gear into a 5 pound bag.

Im mainly looking to store all my recovery gear and tools. Maybe a few spare parts and fluids. But it will free up bed space with the flat surface. If all goes to plan. I should be way more organized and accessible after this. Im still trying to decide if I wanna build a wall on the sides or some custom molle panels. I need to build something to house a few switches and some USB outlets. Maybe a 110 outlet from the inverter since its in the cab now.

You know how to do that. I like the way mine turned out.

When I get that far, I'm thinking a vertical side wall for all the electronics and a small panel facing aft on the side for switches, outlets, a volt meter, and a plug for shore power. It's all a general plan in my head at the moment.

Yeah just recently I packed all the electrical components into the cab under the back seat. In the larger pocket on the passenger side. I find that I dont take as much time on my own stuff haha.

I have the inverter located behind the seat where the factory scissor jack normally sits. Im planning on running some 110 and 12 volt power to the bed somewhere. But its all still in planning stage. Once I get the platform finished and covered or painted. Then I can build my battery box. Im thinking of using bed liner paint aka Raptor on the parts in the back. May hit it with some water seal first.

A caution in the bed liner. Granted, this is on a trailer that sits outside Spring through Fall, but all the bed liner on the wood has peeled off or is in the process of doing so. I'm told by horse drawn carriage and coach builders that the wood needs to be able to breathe. So you can't seal it with something like bed liner or undercoat. Of course, I found that out after all the work was done. I'm still picking off pieces and touching up the paint.

You could deck seal it. That should hold up ok.

The approach I'm taking is that it's in a covered bed that won't get wet all the time and the paint will be enough.

The only thing getting sealed is between the metal pieces and the wood with paintable window caulking to keep water from getting trapped between the layers. That has held up just fine on the trailer for years. The bed liner, not so much.
