This is a BW 1356 out of a 93 bronco and i was wondering what these wires are supposed to go to..

I know on a 1354 they are the wires that goes to the speed sensor they tell the 4x4 compter if the truck is moving over 3mph and will not let it shift into 4 low if it is. Not sure on the 1356 but i would guess it is the same thing.
 
The brown wire is for the electric shift on the fly clutch. The others are for a speed sensor.
 
The "shift on the fly" clutch is also known as the "Spin up" clutch.

It engages to spin the driveshaft and engage the hubs before
the shift motor runs and actually engages the front axle drive.
