i ran across this pic the other day and was kinda inspired to get a set of those f-searies roof running lights.. but part of me leans to that kinda looks gooffy on a ranger...
what do you guys think?

I'm usually a fan of cab lights like those - they look pretty good on that Ranger. However, I am not a fan of high profile off road lights on the roof - they simply get ripped off.

What's the point of clearance lights on something so low?

decoration... lol... i think it makes the front end of that ranger more profile insted of the rounded look

Actually that truck is lifted. If it was at stock height it would be a faggy truck. But since the truck is lifted, it makes those makers fit in.

I think you need some better off road lamps on the front, just look at them, they don't say Hella, and they sure don't say "KC".:annoyed:

i really like that look. i have them on my lifted ranger project an they have the hid bulbs in them or w/e there call but there bright white, an really look sweet at night.

ive always wanted some but im worried about what they would look like on my truck since it isnt huge

I don't really like them on anything that is not a full size, but it's your truck.

Maybe it's just me, but I use those lights on a truck that has a roof height of 13'5" so on anything under 9 feet seems retarded. Those are intended for high trucks but much like the use of stacks, people like to pretend its a tractor.

You have HIDs in your clearance lights? I hope you mean LEDs...

Btw, I like the look of clearance lights on rangers, just not stock height ones...

well sure its intended for high profile trucks and semis' but who in the hell pays attetion to how high it is? unless its like a stock ranger w/ no lift.
ive always admired them for there apperance at night. makes the truck seem bigger and give it more night profile
but at the same time maybe i need to gain a few extra inches of hight before i add them
