Well this sucks...


I didn't see that the first shop said you need anything more than tightening the bearing. If it drives OK, no pulling, wandering, squealing tires, thumping etc, I would drive it and keep close watch on the tires. Is the steering wheel still as it was or is it now at a different position when going straight? If the tires start wearing or you think it isn't steering right then get something done. I would still recommend another opinion from a trusted source no matter. Until then fix your coolant leak.
 
I may not have mentioned they said it but they told me to get it aligned I would at least have to get the bearings tightened.

To fix the coolant issue sounds like I'm basically in need of a possible head gasket and freeze plugs... that tells me big $$$$ or having my daily driver down for quite a while as I do the work. Hence why I was thinking of selling.
