If you don't vote, no way you will be heard! Vote for whomever you choise, but for dear sake - vote! Keep them in or get them out, you pick.
Dave
I see it like this.
I don't vote (MAYBE one day but NOT today). If I vote I still really have no effect because most of the time the people go in there with their OWN agenda. So your voice is 99.9% unheard most of the time even if your voted them.
If they take my taxes,etc...I have the right to complain. If not, leave me be and I will go to my neck of the woods and live how I live.
I know government is needed but somethings got to give. I see the HAMMER AND SICKLE in this country.
America is truthfully greedy and impatient....I don't know what most of the people will do if they lose power, food in the grocery store,etc.....millions will die of starving or murder... It will be another 3rd world country that is over-populated due to people being careless AND can't take care of their own kids..
I mean paying taxes on something you busted your ass for...it's crazy.
But like the saying goes...
You pay taxes and die.
You know what's crazy also....
THE OLD SOUTH USED TO BE DEMOCRATIC..THE NORTH USED TO BE REPUBLICANS.
LIKE WTF??!?
Everyone is like backwashed and don't know what they are or who they are anymore.
All of the old folks are rolling over in their graves as we speak.
Just don't know..
Yall vote. Have fun..you will get a sticker.![]()
I literally voice my opinion and blog all over the internet. Believe me, my "voice" gets heard!
I sent government my opinion last election when I voted for Ron Paul. I don't know if I agree with him on every issue, but he seems very reasonable and appearantly has a very clean history.
I'm registered as independant, but tend to vote conservatively because I've experienced too much ignorance and arrogance by collective groups of people. But, then again, thats just a very very very small amount of people in the world. But still, we (in my opinion) need smaller government and more conservative spending. We've slowly become a society of "needing" things that we simply don't to survive and I think its gone to alot of peoples heads, heck, likely all of our heads. But then again I really believe the "system" just compensates for fluctuations in this world. The supposid statistic is that less than 5% of people have control of over 95% of the money. Do you think (if thats true), those under 5% got where they are by being fair and reasonable? I don't want to cause a problem here by mentioning it and not to go very deep into it, but it seems fitting that satan is the ruler of the material world. The nature of human "existence" is possibly the greatest deception ever. Think about it, theres only one, infinite, true life... and we ain't it! We are many, mortal and capable of contradicting eachother. We only exist in the idea that we exist. The matter that makes up our bodies has always existed, it just changes its form. We are just blobs that come about through matter and then the matter is stressed too much, kind of like a farm field thats been used to grow the same vegetable year after year and a different use for the field is the only reasonable move, depleted of resources needed for what its being used for. We weren't known to anyone before we were born and will eventually be long gone and forgotten.
Just speaking my mind, I only hope it might give some insight. If its a problem, by all means delete my post, instead of closing the thread.
