Welcome to TRS :)

Cracked Plastic valve covers can usually be repaired using JB Weld, it is a two soft materials that when mixed together will bond and dry hard, and hold tight, it is a permanent fix
Seen here: http://www.jbweld.com/products/j-b-weld-twin-tube

There is no high pressure in the valve cover, a slight negative pressure when PCV valve is open.

Looks like you need a Left hand, drivers side valve cover from that picture.
They are all the same from 1990 to 2008, for 3.0l Rangers, and the Mazda B3000 trucks.

Ford Taurus and Sable used that same 3.0l Vulcan engine during the same years, and they will also fit but Oil Fill tube was longer
Taurus to 2007 and Sable to 2005
But just as a heads up, Taurus and Sable also used the 3.0l DOHC Duratec engine during that time, those valve covers will NOT fit the 3.0l Vulcan engine

Really clean the heck out of the cover before/if using the JB. It does not like oil. I'd clean it with something like lacquer thinner, let it dry, then soap (laundry detergent??) and water and let it dry completely again. And, finally, I would grind a small "V" in the crack to help with adhesion.
