Looks good. Did you get his tune before he made the cam change, and intake, and stuff. I'm interested in how this turns out. I debated getting a 4.8 for my truck, but gonna use a 5.8 and dump some money in it. Gonna have to modify the steering shaft huh? Good choice on the turbo too. Those not only look great but they fit the budget bill.
So your gonna run the MSD box for timing and use the MS2 for fuel? Kinda a cool setup he had. I have a MS1 that I am thinking of using in the same way as he did with a sbf. Mallory has a boost referance setup thats pretty easy to setup. I'd make my own manifold too. Just need a chop saw and a welder and make a jig for holding bent pipe in the chop saw. Are those custom fabbed mounts, or partial use of the stock ones?
only thing bad about the ls is that oil pans in steel can be pricey.
they should be called the lse.....like super easy
you could make one work in a small fwd car if you wanted to.
