unidentified hoses, anybody know what these go to?

I was changing my alternator the other night and I noticed this hose coming off the vacuum block going nowhere.



Any idea where this vacuum hose is supposed to go? I tried plugging it with my finger while it was running, and it didn't seem to change anything.

Also there is this hose coming off the firewall, I think it might hook up to the cruise control servo, is that correct?

The one with the 180' bend in it goes to the cruise control. You can see the port it goes to in your second picture on the right hand side.

I am not sure about the second hose...washer fluid maybe?

Thanks. Yeah I figured out the other one. It goes on the cruise control servo also. Still didn't fix my cruise control
