Uneven torsion bar adjustment

I thought my truck looked "tilted" to one side, well it turns out it is. The driver's side is about 2" shorter (top of wheel to the wheel well) than the passenger's side. The driver's side looks stock, the passenger's side looks like someone cranked the torsion bar - it sits at the same height as the rear almost exactly, whereas the driver's side is lower.

Is this really bad to drive it like this? I'm going to contact the used car place I bought it from tomorrow and see if they'll adjust it (and pay for an alignment) for free.

crank the torsion bar on the drivers side...

I'm going to talk to the place I bought it from first (I just bought it 2 weeks ago) since it will probably need an alignment and I don't want to pay for it if I don't have to. If they don't want to do anything I will crank it myself and then get an alignment.
