turn signal/hazard issues

I have a 99 Ford ranger and I've had an issue where the turn signals and hazards will not come on or even register on the dash. I've replaced the flasher relay as well as the multifunction switch and the fuses are good. I'm not sure what else I should do. Could it be bad wiring somewhere?
