TRS 2020 Round-Up / September 19th, 2020

Once when hiking the Appalachian trail it dropped to like 20 degrees overnight and I simply was not prepared. I had to stuff my bivy tent and bag with grass to keep from freezing to death. In the middle of the night Instead of leaving my tent to pee I just peed in my canteen then snuggled with it for the 10 minutes it stayed warm...

Oh, crap. It's 44 degrees outside my sleeping bag. I don't want to go out there. But I have to pee..

Weird, it’s like 60* between me and the bathroom?
