i have a c6 i plan on using in my swap on my 92 2wd. how does the c6 compare to a c4 as far as fitting, and any mods that need to be made.

The C-6 is a lot stronger then the C-4 but it is also heavier and sucks up more power then the C-4.The C-4 is a fantastic tranny and can be made to handle a bunch of power and uses less power which means it gives you more power to the tires.Parts for both tranny's are easy to come by but the C-4 will cost you less and fit the ranger better. The better choice if you are using Fuel injection is the AOD as there is alot of performance to be made with this trans and still cruise on the freeway and get desent fuel milage.:icon_thumby:
