I just noticed today my tranny is leaking so I get under to see where it's coming from and I can't figure it out. I know it is on the passenger side at the front around the first 3 bolts but is it the pan or is there something else up there. I read all the posts and tranny leaks and they all seem to mention the 5 speed tranny. I would appreciate any help with this as I just got the truck on the road 2 weeks ago and now this. BTW the truck is A 94 4L 4x4(wow that is alot of 4's)

Nobody has any idea just curious cause I can't realy see above the pan cause the cats are in the way. What would be up ther e that it could be leaking from.

Is it a Stick or Auto?

sorry it's an automatic

make sure it is trans oil first. should be red. when you say first three bolts do you mean on the housing or the pan?

it is red and it from around the first three bolts of the pan .

I found my leak now am just unsure how to fix it. It is leaking from those round things(no idea what there called) above the pan ion passenger side, it is the one closes to the front of the truck. I was thinking of cleaning around it and just sealing it with rtv do you think that would work.
