Hey guys,

So for some reason my Haynes manual doesn't say the torque for torquing the spindle nuts to the knuckle. Just to clarify, I'm not talking about the spindle nuts that retain the wheel bearings, I'm talking about the nuts that retain the actual spindle to the knuckle. Refer to this drawing http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/diagrams/as1.GIF
Look at the spindle and then the "nut" thats what I'm looking for a torque number for.

Thanks,
Tom.

Shop manual calls for 40-50 ft lbs.

Hit'em with an impact on lowest setting does it for me. torque it like the wheel nuts, across from each other.
