Tire wear question. Rapid wear on the insides of front tires

Your toe is out of whack, and by what you described, its toe out. Just because a shop is certified, doesn't always mean they know how to align the TTB properly. Most shops can do, it but they make common mistakes that can lead to a toe spec that is out of whack (because they don't really know the theory behind how to do check and align this infamously problematic suspension. Get some knowledgeable people and all will be well.)

Go back to them and tell them to check the toe, and get an FA600 if you can, it will help with your bumpsteer (its gotta be fairly bad with those tie rod angles.)

If they continue to say its in spec, take it somewhere else and have another shop check it for redundancy.

You want no more than 1/8" toe in.

ok thanks a lot guys. i really dont have much bump steer at all. i will take it to another alignment place and see what they can do.

Do you think it could be coming out of spec while driving somehow??? That is the only thing I can think of. When its sitting still its fine, but maybe when its riding down the road, the suspension gets wild? Is this a common problem with suspension lifts on TTB's?? I thought I did everything right and got all the right parts.

This is exactly what's happening.
The toe alignment is probably correct as it sits static on their machine... But as soon as you put ANY weight in the truck (I.E.: plopping your ass down in the driver's seat), it'll immediately go toed out. Then all the wild variation as the suspension cycles up & down.

Clicking upon the pitman arm pic I posted will lead you right to the article that explains why.
