I've got 93 ranger supercab w/ the 4.0L and i'm wanting to get 35's underneath it...

I've already put a 4" suspension, and was wondering if i could get away with putting a 2" body lift and cut-out fender flares or if i have to get a 3" body and cut-out fender flares? I would like to do either one of those... i've still gotta change my gears to 4.56, as i think they would be the best for that particular tire size... Any help is greatly appreciated

Since you're getting cut out flares, a 2" BL should do the trick. You may also want 4.88s with those 35s.

ok good to hear, i was figuring i could :)

I was looking around and i still use my truck as a daily driver, and saw this chart that had the gear ratio with tire size broken down... i'll definitely keep in mind the 4.88 though! Just gotta do some last minute price checking then...

Even on a DD, you'll like the 4.88 better with 35s (some here who have the 4.0L use 5.13 even).

Agreed, the 2" BL will allow the 35s to fit nicely with only minimal trimming. :icon_thumby:

awesome thanks guys! Thanks for the tips with the gears, looks like i'll be doin that too...
