Does anyone have any reveiws on throttle body spaces, looking to get one and some in site on which one i should get would be really helpfull

Throttle body spacers are worthless on fuel injected engines. Their biggest benefit is to allow for better air/fuel mixing by changing the way the charge moves through the intake. This works on a carbed or TBI engine where the fuel is introduced at or near the throttle plate.

On a ported fuel injection system such as the 4.0 a throttle body spacer is worthless since the fuel isn't introduced until the back of the intake valve. A better effect can be had by using PVC piping to make a smaller, rigid intake tube that will increase the charge air velocity.
