The TRS Of The Honda world?

I was given a 1994 Honda Accord and the engine is screwed. Gonna swap in a 2.3l Vtec and call it good and use is as my daily and maybe teach the kids how to drive a stick in it. When I searched for Honda forums all I found was a place with a bunch kids and douchebag street racers telling my I need to turbo that and completely ignoring my request for info on a Vtec swap such as wiring and computer changes. So who is the TRS Of The Honda world with people that actually know how to do this stuff and not a bunch of kids bragging about their 1100whp (must be using ricer math) eg6 civics?

I have a 2003 CR-V with a 2.4 ivtec. Not sure I have any advice on a swap, but I've done a little bit of work on it. It's a cramped engine bay, but it looks easy of to drop in and out.

Look at what AC system you have. There was a block of years that had terrible ac compressors. Mine was one of them, and the AC compressor is on the bottom of the engine with the bolts behind the cross member... Cool. So, while it's out, if it's a risky ac compressors, I'd change it.

Something to consider

Yeah, may not even be an issues for your year/make but, it is some insight I've learned. Other than that, it should turn a few hundred thousand!
