the tires ont the exploder almost look like cut up maxxis crawlers or some michelin xml's

Yeah once you compare pix, they sure don't look like either tires you guys figure they are, not that I know any better, lol. They look sexy tho.

So I got that engine pulled and turns out it was a replacement engine from the dealer about a year and a half ago, has just over 12000kms on it and the clutch set-up is brand new too!!!! Also got the manual ECM, steering column, wiper pieces, heater pieces, cv drive shaft, steering box, drag link, and a bunch of small parts I needed here and there. What a wicked deal, all this for having done some welding for him last summer, can't beat that deal.

Hoping to start the engine swap this coming week. Another buddy of mine offered up his shop next week so I can do the swap in a heated concrete floor shop!!!!!!! :D

LOL, I know hey, been spoiled ripping that sploder apart in his shop, wishing I had a heated shop of my own. Makes my gravel driveway look even lousier, lol.

yup... i have pavment at least but its on a large angle. the guy that owns that sas'd mazda had a pretty big shop anything big i have to do now im planning on doing there now. its just so nice being able to do stuff to the truck when its raining/cold/snowing

well, i have a heated garage, 40' by 30', with a 20' roof, and an attached woodshed for the wood stove/furnace. i must say in the winter time it rocks, i just fill up the stove and set the thermostat at 25-30 degrees and its warmer than my house in there lol. but in the summer time i love working outside. not sure why, but i do always put the rig inside the garage when i need to get under her or jack her up (concerete floor vs. gravel) but other than that i like working outside

i like working outside if its sunny and warm. like it was yesterday. today its cold and rainy.... maybe its better better if you have the option haha

Yeah maybe the option makes it better, lol.

Meh, I don't mind working outside either.... when it's nice, but my gravel driveway is still wet from the snow runoff. :( Good news is the snow is pretty much gone so the driveway can start to solidify now!!

Think I figured it out. Pit bill rockers on those tires.

i dont think they're pitbulls with that kind of side lug

Tires= Krawler KX!
I seen em and went looking, you don't even want to look at the price on them! They for em rich guys!
