Tailgatter from hell (like tuner boy from hell)

i should mean tuner rice burner fart can pos with useless body kits and more LED lights than radioshack. i'll admit, there are some good hondas, i wondn;t want em(except for mowing the lawn), but an old civic or acord is fairly reliable, but the new ones and the riceable ones are the ones i hate

My one buddy had a 95 civic for years. He loved that car. 1.5L gasser, no power steering, no A/C (compressor locked up and I just never fixed it) and 45 MPG on a bad day.

He left for a training exercise for a month and parked it in the garage. His little brother moved it outside to park his POS Buick in the garage and 3 days before he came home a storm came through and knocked a tree over on the car.

Best money I've ever spent on a push mower! Had mine 4 years and it cranks first time every time!

Sorry if we mislead any of you guys. All I can say is we stopped for gas and then got back on 75 north and came upon this scene. It could not have been more than 15 min we are sure. There was a big rig (we thought the same one that passed us earlier) and this Ranger which we thought was Tuner boy's. When he passed us and his truck was already beat to hell and had some noisy exhaust system and was smoking real bad. The front end was already banged up and blacked (earlier fire?). My wife said she thought that was the same truck that blew by us. We did see an ambulance heading southbound as we got up the road aways but we saw no signs of any fire. The ambulance could have been for something else then. You could see the area where the Ranger ran off the road and did a roll over but there was not a body anywhere near the truck and there was a guy back aways on the cell phone.
Unless this happened much earlier in the day and the wrecker had not come yet we don't know. But we thought it was the same crappy Ranger. Next time I will take photos of the stupid ones that come up on us a break neck speed and see what happens later and get a photo if they crash!!!!

Oops, forgot to say that Ocala is such a beauty place. We go up there twice a month. I have friends with property near the National Forrest. I love the woods and the wildlife. Even my backyard at our house is like a zoo. I love to sit on the back porch and watch whatever wanders in. There is 1,100 acres of property behind our house. It is proteced since we have a river that runs back behind us. No hunting alowed. Don't have to dodge stray bullits!!! I do wish it was all mine and paid for!!! lol

I am not calling anyone a liar, just that it has a super common paint job and looks like it has had a cab fire. Not many people get trucks that have had a cab fire back on the road... at least not without repainting it. If that fire was pre-existing the interior and all of the wiring would have went with it. Who would rewire and put a new interior in a burnt out truck without at least throwing some paint on it?

It could be burnt grass or it could be a median that has had water in the middle of it. There is dead grass at the rear of the pickup which doesn't look burnt.

But the way the hood is opened, the charred looking cab and the burnt rim without a tire makes it look like a nasty fire happened there to me.

Without being there it is hard to say, and Straycat was there...

Well there was no fire damage to the back of the truck but the grass at the front is obviously black, right where the truck shows fire damage.

All evidence considered, that truck burned right where it sits.

Well you don't but some people are obviously interested as evident by a conversation about it being had.

A fire extinguisher that a mere mortal human could carry wouldn't touch a fire like that... and it would still be smoking 15min after the fire was put out.

One more piece of forensics, just because. The truck in question was not going the same direction as the vehicle that took the picture. If it was, not only is the FD ultra fast to respond, so is the Highway Department on repairing the metal cable that runs outside the breakdown lane.
