So the clutch is messed up on the M5ODR2. I push the clutch in and the wheels keep turning.... so F this noise im gonna rebuild a T5 and put that in. I'm going to try a hydraulic clutch setup I found on another website and here from way back.

Parts are

3/4 master for a 90 Ranger

3/4 external slave for a 93 Nissan 240sx

Rockauto

3an braided hose 20 inches long.
Ebay

90 degree fitting 3an to 1/8 npt
(Rus-642791)

Adapter fitting, Flare clutch fitting, 3an
(Rus-640281)

Summit racing

A thread rod with jam nuts

And a piece of angle iron bolted to the bell

A throttle return spring.

It should look like this

I don't know how long it will work for but its worth a shot...

I will have to brace my firewall also it flexes pretty bad when you push the clutch in.

That's exactly what I'm doing to mine.Except using the F550 master.
By the way, thanks for the detailed parts list.
I thought about running an internal hydraulic throwout bearing..we'll see

yup.

i have used the eagle slave as well.

If anyone is looking. I have the slave. Braided line. And all the fittings needed to make it work with the ranger master cylinder. I ended up using a m5r2 trans. Just pm me.

Amc eagle....say a 1983 or so.

There's more....s10 and stuff....takes some fanaglin.....

Or speedway..... wilwood....all-star.... summit....

I didn't know about the eagle slave, mine is for a 93 Nissan 240sx

T5 hydraulic clutch in action. Need to brace this think though.

or carry parts.... :ROFLMAO:

real ford guys carry parts...

yeah. i said that.

I'm hoping my sn95 donor car that's equipped with a t5 already is all I need to use for my swap.just not sure how to use the oem master cylinder to hook up to it.do I need to convert it to braided hose and AN fittings like u guys r doing?

A N stuff is really a great way to go when it is available.

there were some bsp fittings and hose that were hella cheap so you could have a complete spare setup when going to the track or other events...

but i have not seen them around for years. iirc they were for camaros. i actually dug out some stuff to fix my sons clutch line on his KTM... :D
