SWEET, nother $500 score, 1996 Mustang GT

has like 78k miles on it, some dingbat slid into a curb and broke the driver side axle on the rear, it needs a airbag (wasnt deployed someone jsut took it out), hood needs color matched, axle shaft, and a set of keys made


oh ya, need the header panel too, its got a few cracks

yeah ...... I am green ......... I have wanted another mustang for a while..... but I want a 93 GT convertible or 93 Cobra. I had an 88 LX with the GT 5.0L about 10 years ago....... it would eat IROCs and Z28s for breakfast and ask for seconds......

Any person can put a GT emblem on a door and wheels, I know a kid that did that on a newer mustang convertable. So sometimes things arent always what they seem.

airbag, header panel, and axle are on there way, once i get it to where i can dolly it i will be able to take it up to get the keys made, and then were in business

now however it is a GT, it irks the hell outta me that its a auto, but ohwell, atleast the wifey will be able to drive it (shes always wanted a mustang)

well the emblems, the 17" wheels and the straight tail pipe on the drivers side all leans toward a gt as well. (not that some one couldnt put all that on there but...) nice find for sure!!

Not saying it about you its a general statement about the kids who still think fast and furious style cars are cool slap gt and turbo logos on geos. Case in point in the general discussion forums there was a fellow who was duped into buying a "gt" ranger, take a look.

well my dude, while that person may have been fullish enough to be duped into buying a 4cylinder automatic as a "gt" but that would not be me, ive built far too many trucks and performance vehicles from stock to fall for a look a like, besides, i actually look under the hood when im lookin at a car lol

ive been around for a while, so most know if i say its a gt its a gt, although i have had some really epic arguments with people in the past on here, im usually right on the money 95% of the time
