Suspension Lift for 04 FX4 Ranger

This has probabably been asked before, but im new hear so here we go. Im wanting to lift my Ranger about 8'' to 9'' to put 35'' tires on it, but the only suspension lift i can find is the Superlift 3-4'' lift. Is this the only suspension lift on the market for the 04 FX4 Ranger 4x4? I bought my Ranger last year and im starting to think it might have been a bad idea because i cant seem to find the lift.

No problem, we're here to help.

You cannot lift a late-model 8" to 9" (unless you want to do an SAS). Best you can do is the 4" Superlift and a 3" bodylift. Dixon Bros. kit might be an inch higher but costs a lot more, OTOH it comes with stronger front end pieces that would hold up to 35's better.

Yeah i think im gonna go with the superlift and a 3 incg body lift with 35's.
Does anybody know what kind of gears come in the 04 Ranger FX4?

Most likely an FX4 would have 4.10 gears. You will need at least 4.56's to run 35's, 4.88's would be better. I think 4.88's are finally available for the late-model front end.

1999 till today some come with 4:56 or 4:10s my buddys truck the was a 2000 came with 4:10 stock
