Don't do it, take it easy for a while to protect your investment. If you tear it before it fully heals it will take even longer to heal.

Hope they didn't have to do the mesh thing like they did me. It took a while for that stuff to fully set on not cause me to be sore as I slowly ramped up the work projects. The mesh always lets you know when you over did it.

I managed to do both sides at one time. I guess it saved time in the long run...

I've got 2 mesh patches- both on an incision form an earlier operation. I told a doctor once that in my business it would be called a comeback and I'd have to fix it at no charge. He responded poorly to my comment.
