you better be using a 6 point socket with a long breaker bar or a strong impact gun.

what size socket you using? i use 19mm or 3/4"

Make sure you are using a 19mm. They are really close, but 19mm is about .74 inches as opposed to .75 inches.

I know it sounds insignificant, but every little bit matters when dealing with rusty nuts and bolts.

19mm if the aluminum skin is still on the lugnut, 18mm if its off. Soak it with your favorite penetrante. Get a short extension and a long cheater pipe.

i'd heat them up a little bit with a torch...not too much if the wheels are aluminum. soak em with pb blaster too

if they are all stuck and you stripped a few more, then just get a Side grinder, and grind them off, be sure not to heat up the rim too bad, then just new lug bolts, and lug nuts, and also get a tube of anti-seize, that stuff is your best friend. the lug bolts are not hard to change out.

the 88 Ranger I bought had a few messed up when I put my Mustang rims on, I just went ahead and changed all 20 of them, and all 20 nuts too.
