This is Ukuva "stuck" in Cape Town South Africa with a 1984 LHD Bronco II 2.9ltr ... and ... a "smashed" Bellhousing and ring gear with the Bellhousing stamped code of E47A-7505-EA ... does anyone know of anyone that i can buy and have shipped the 2 items to Cape Town South Africa ??

When I looked up that number, I got a few references to the TK4/TK5 with an external slave. I suspect that's what the OP needs for their 84.
Can OP post a picture of the transmission from under the truck? Also confirm 2.8 or 2.9? Here 2.8 would've been standard for 84. IDK about overseas though or if OP has a franken-truck.
Also, if shipping from UK is desirable, it might be possible to consider parts from a Ford Capri. I can't find much on the transmission options available for them but, considering some were sold with the 2.8 and manual transmissions were more common in Europe...
