Stalling after clutch disk replacement

i replaced the master and slave cylinders, clutch disk and pressure plate with new parts. every time i accelerate from an inclined surface going upwards, i feel the truck shaking, so i have to rev high just to keep it running and avoid stalling... what seem to be the problem?

i've said this before, not a clutch problem its a running problem
