speedometer hookup?

Hi i have an 89 ranger that im finishing up a 5.0 t5 swap on from an 84 mustang. I was wondering if anyone knew what i needed. i have a hole in the side of the tranny and the cable that came with the truck what peices am i missing? thanks

AFAIK the end that goes into the tranny is part of the cable, there is a plastic gear that slides on and a little clip that holds the gear on. There is an o-ring that seals everything up, and a bracket and bolt that hold the cable to the trans.

The clip goes into the slot in the gear.
