something strange? ecm help? or pcm, or maf

94 b4000 4.0 after I take off - battery cable, put it back on, I have a rough idle, and take off from a light ( normaly ) and runs fine, after a few drives, idle at light smooth, take off from light, spits and sputters some, only when takin off slow, punch it,,no prob. take cable off again and it repeats, also maf is gettin power, both grounds check ok but put meter to signal and ground( the ground from pcm) and I get just over one volt, rev engine and nothing, can the pcm be messed up but not enough for no run? any clues? thanks

most likely idles rough after batt hookup due to trying to re-learn the iac motor. the hesitate on slight throtte just off idle could either be tps issue (not sure if these are adjustable like my early modles) but it could also be a map issue or iac problem as well. try cleaning the iac and go from there (be carefull with carb cleaner as it can get into the motor coil and take quite a while to evaporate out causing the motor to run rich for awhile)
