i'll be frank, i don't know what your gearing in your transmission is supposed to be, a simple test you can perform is to take it on the highway and do an odometer test. maintain a steady speed and when you pass a milepost note your odometer reading, for example if your odometer reads 12345 when you pass the milepost and rolls over to 12346 at the next milepost then your speedometer is correct. then you can assume your RPM issue is related to low gears and tire size. low gears and bigger tires = higher rpm'sChecked the door sticker, original size. They are OEM tires all around, (2) are still original.
