Found this on Pick Your Part at the Sun Valley, CA location. The owner must've had a bad day...

I've had several "shootin cars" over the years...

They look like some decent sized holes and kinda deformed gotta be a .45?

My 9mm and .357 make pretty clean small holes through a car body like a sheet metal punch.

Must be the fabled Bonnie and Clyde edition. Probably worth a bunch.

If it has a 2.9 the driver probably couldn’t tell. Is that tapping a little louder today?

Jeremy was the first person to be a big fan of tomatoes in the morning before the engines were all over the place on the road to get the parts from catalogs and other inappropriately made things.

Just for that, I'm going to chain on to a running 3.0 and rip the crank straight out of the mains.

Someone was trying to put it out of its misery? Either it was a 2.9, or it has a manual trans and they tried bleeding the clutch 47 times with no success.

Looks purdy! Are you going to add some sort of lubrication system for the valve train to make up for the one those “German Engineers” forgot? :yahoo:
Already was running a melling 328 high volume oil pump, and have an electric scavenge pump on hand to go between the return side of the turbo and oil cooler. Pump sits at lowest point of oil system, and I have the wiring done to the megasquirt to run it before the engine cranks. So in KOEO, you'll be able to prime the oil system every time the engine is started.

New cam bearings are modified with a bypass oil passage in them, in the event a cam bearing decides to spin

Oil passages were chamfered to Pruett spec, and free floating rockers should help move a lot more oil across the top end.

Lifter choice was for FE block APUs to diminish potential lifter failure due to oil starvation... Which, I don't think I'll have an issue with.

Damn near dry sumped the thing, but couldn't track down a Benz to rob the dry sump system out of.
